Add background color option

Currently, sometimes, randomly it get's the background color of the TextEditor instead of the OutputWindow (gray or so)

Could you please add an explicit option where you can define the background color and make sure it is always used when specified?

It looks like the "Default" color for the background is picked randomly wrong.
Sometimes is the Editor's background other times is the outputwindow background.

However I think the vsColorOutput settings under Tools->Options->Fonts and Colors should be moved under Output Window and not Text Editor

it may sound silly, but maybe there's a bug in VS 2010 where it gets the colors for some things (like find results) from Tools->Options->Font and Colors->Printer? I haven't actually tested this though, but I can't figure out why my find results show the text that's being searched for in Dark Blue color
